Members who publish and offer services are \u201c<strong data-v-33197dee=\"\">Sellers<\/strong>\u201d and Members who search for, make contact with Sellers, or use other services are \u201c<strong data-v-33197dee=\"\">Buyers.<\/strong>\u201d Sellers offer real estate properties (\u201c<strong data-v-33197dee=\"\">Properties<\/strong>\u201d), in the form of listings (\u201c<strong data-v-33197dee=\"\">Listing<\/strong>\u201d). We operate, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the &#8220;Legal Terms&#8221;) (collectively, the &#8220;<strong data-v-33197dee=\"\">Services<\/strong>&#8220;). As the provider of the Novcato Platform, Novcato does not own, control, offer or manage any Listings. Novcato is not a party to the contracts entered into directly between Hosts and Guests, nor is Novcato a real estate broker under Directive (EU) 2015\/2302. Novcato is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any Member.<\/p>\n<p data-v-33197dee=\"\">We maintain other terms and policies that supplement these Terms like our Privacy Policy, which describes our collection and use of personal data, and our Payments Terms, which govern any payment services provided to Members by the Novcato payment entities (collectively &#8220;Novcato Payments&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p data-v-33197dee=\"\">You can contact us by visiting <a href=\"https:\/\/front.novcato.com\/contact\">https:\/\/front.novcato.com\/contact<\/a>\u00a0or via email at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@novcato.com\" data-v-33197dee=\"\">info@novcato.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-v-33197dee=\"\">These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (&#8220;you&#8221;), and concerning your access to and use of the Services.
